The scope of work changes on a daily/weekly basis depending on the build. Some weeks we work with wood and steel others, stone and antlers. Problem solving skills are a must as the nature of our work is unique. As such out of the box thinking is highly encouraged/required. We spend roughly 70-80% of our year in our workshop, the remainder is spent onsite installing built-in Furniture/Art installations. We also have the occasional renovation and as such ask that the candidate is willing to work in the shop and customers homes.

Your experience will impact the pay rate but so long as you are willing to learn and work as a team player, with a growing company then your pay will always reflect your efforts and growth!
