Job Description

Our organization is looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes monitoring and analyzing changes in the legal environment, developing and implementing internal policies and procedures, and providing guidance to management on compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal landscape and be able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. The candidate must be familiar with all the rules and policies of the Fintrac and be familier with AML, Risk Assesment and all the rules and conditaion that are related to MSB industry in Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs that address areas of risk.
  • Provide guidance to management on compliance issues.
  • Conduct investigations into potential violations of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Research and analyze new laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Develop training materials for staff on compliance topics.
  • Do the transactions reporting to the Fintrac
  • Identify the risks
  • Transaction Monitoring
  • Train the other staffs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $19.00 per hour
