We have an immediate opening for the regular, full-time position of Clerk, Utilities. The successful candidate will have a certificate in office administration, business or a related field and hold a valid BC driver’s license.
You possess superior organizational skills, are detail oriented and are an excellent communicator. You provide exemplary customer service skills, can sensitively manage private information and can effectively multi-task to provide administrative support. You are proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, Utilities, the Clerk, is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the Utilities Department, including responding to public enquiries, and maintaining accurate records, as well as researching, reviewing and drafting correspondence and other documents as required. This is a regular, full-time position (35 hours/week) with a wage range of $27.74 to $31.90 per hour, depending upon experience and qualifications.
