Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with company personnel to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded properly.
- Strong Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop
- A/R and A/P reconciliation
- Serve as liaison between the accounting department and management.
- Collect and record information about the business.
- Review and analyze financial records.
- Prepare Payroll on a weekly basis
- Assist in updating company accounting systems.
- Coordinate and direct efforts of accountants, auditors, audited companies and tax agencies.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Knowlegde of project costing
