Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with company personnel to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded properly.
  • Strong Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop
  • A/R and A/P reconciliation
  • Serve as liaison between the accounting department and management.
  • Collect and record information about the business.
  • Review and analyze financial records.
  • Prepare Payroll on a weekly basis
  • Assist in updating company accounting systems.
  • Coordinate and direct efforts of accountants, auditors, audited companies and tax agencies.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Knowlegde of project costing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
