Responsibilities

  • Greets guests with enthusiasm and a welcoming demeanor
  • Educates guests on Starbucks offerings and services, including knowledge of hotel facilities
  • Takes guests orders while handling all cash/credit/debit transactions with efficiency and integrity
  • Prepares all beverages and food orders with accuracy and attention while practicing health and safety processes including applicable food sanitation regulations
  • Follows Starbucks and Hotel policies and procedures during each shift
  • Supports team as needed and completes tasks as assigned by supervisor and managers

Requirements

  • Flexible availability to meet business needs
  • 1-2 years customer service experience a strong asset
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Can handle pressure
  • Good communication, conversational English
  • Previous experience with Micros an asset
