About the Role

The Banking Advisor will respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails to assist clients with everyday banking needs and transactions. Through probing questions, they will identify the needs of the customers and provide personalized banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist personalized banking services to clients.
• Use probing questions to identify customer needs and provide the appropriate solutions.
• Promote timely and courteous service by ensuring questions are answered and providing friendly and accurate service.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Previous banking experience considered an asset
• Ability to work from home with hardwired internet connection
