• Preparation of design drawings and construction documents for various types of commercial projects.
• Possess a working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and can complete OBC analysis on projects.
• Proficient knowledge in the use of building materials and related construction techniques.
• Must be capable of working on multiple projects.
• Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

• Successfully graduated with an Architectural Technologist Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience and proficient knowledge of Autodesk Revit are considered essential.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on commercial/office construction experience an asset (and should be highlighted in your application).
• A quick learner with precise attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize independently.
