The Pre-Admission Clinic Clerk utilizes both computerized and manual applications to schedule patient appointments and provides a variety of clerical and reception duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Training And Experience

Grade 12 and two (2) years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Skills And Abilities

  • Keyboard at 45 wpm
  • Medical Terminology
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Deal with others effectively
  • Physically carry out the duties of the position
  • Organize work
  • Operate related equipment such as a personal computer and use specialized software applications
