As an Endpoint Administrator, you will be working on initiatives for various clients who represent multiple industries. This role will require communication and interaction with multiple internal and external teams to ensure activities are clearly defined and follow industry best practices. With the Device Management and Engineering (DME) team you will troubleshoot issues and implement new enhancements to achieve targeted results for our clients. Your future duties and responsibilities
  • Day to day operational activities executing our endpoint management services to the assigned clients
  • Support solutions and technologies exceeding our clients expectations for reliability, performance and growth
  • Participate in conversations, meetings, knowledge sharing sessions with the team and our clients
  • Assist with the design and implementation of solutions for endpoint management that meet client requirements and industry best practices
  • Document client processes, requirements, design and solution builds
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • 3+ years of endpoint administration experience
  • College or University diploma in computer science
  • Open minded lifelong learner who will help drive technical and procedural evolution
  • Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / MEM / SCCM)
  • Knowledge and technical experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Skilled in ITIL best practices for ticket management (ex: Change Records, Requests, Incidents)
  • Aptitude for application and system level support and troubleshooting
  • Independent worker that requires little supervision beyond initial scope expectation and transfer of requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or French, speaking and writing
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of modern enterprise technologies and platforms (ex: Intune, Autopilot, Nanoheal, Patch my PC, Azure AD)
  • Technical experience with MacOS / iOS / Android
  • Skilled in one or more scripting tools (ex: PowerShell, PS Application Deploy Toolkit)
  • Active Directory administration for endpoint management (ex: Creation and management of Group Policies and Organizational Units (OU))
