North Vancouver based company is looking to hire for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Salary: Up to $46,000
Responsibilities:
** Provides administrative support to the Vendor Relations and Sales and Marketing teams by preparing reports, analyzing costs and assisting with promotional activities.
** Responsible for tracking and managing vendor samples.
** Entering all new products into the ERP system, ensuring accurate specifications.
** Entering pricing into the ERP system and monitoring changes.
** Maintaining and updating internal pricing lists for new products
** Maintaining and organizing marketing material by brand.
** Preparing reports on sell through by brand, products received and order tracking
** Product set ups on E-Commerce platforms
** Contacting vendors for product information.
** Requesting and managing vendor samples ensuring easy access for internal staff
** Coordinating and tracking new product samples sent to external parties
** Maintaining the showroom and ensuring it is up to date with current products
** Assisting with the organization of sales and vendor meetings and trade shows
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
** Minimum 2+ years’ experience in administration
** Excellent data entry skills
** Ability to work independently
** Advanced MS Office skills in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
** Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills needed
** Great interpersonal and communication skills
** Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume environment and adapt to change
** Excellent time management
** Experience with using ERP systems in particular Netsuite
