Our Accounting department plays a crucial role in ensuring that the books are balanced. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator you will be involved in the day to day activities of the accounting department of a company with more than $500 million in revenue! If you have a meticulous eye for numbers, this is the position for you!

Job Description

Are you able to?

• Process accounting transactions and do cash balancing
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
• Process customer refunds
• Prepare journal entries
• Collect outstanding receivable balances
• Analyze financial data
• Multitask, meet tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Do you have?

• A College Diploma/University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
• Proficient skills in Excel (Intermediate), Word, Outlook; Oracle or SAP would be an asset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as attention to detail
