Magnite is looking for a passionate and driven Account Coordinator to join their Demand Operations department in the Toronto office. Reporting to the Director of Demand Operations, the Account Coordinator will be responsible for providing sales support to our executive sales team, and executing campaign management for our growing client base. You will work closely with our Sales and Publisher Account Management teams. The ideal candidate will utilize superior customer service and relationship building skills, in order to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our brand and ad agency clients.

In this role you will:
  • Become an expert in Magnite’s Outstream, Native, Carousel, Instream, Display, Audio & Connected TV advertising formats.
  • Provide pre-pitch sales support to our executive sales team, by facilitating the creation of sales materials and custom demos tailored to the client.
  • Assist in the RFP (Request For Proposal) process, by forecasting inventory avails, curating custom site lists to reach the client’s target audience, and recommending the best suited ad units based on the client’s KPIs.
  • Set up, optimize and monitor our Managed Service campaigns daily.
  • Set up and troubleshoot our programmatic PMP deals.
  • Pull campaign reporting and run basic analysis of data to provide insights to clients on a weekly basis, as well as upon request.
  • Act as the daily point of contact for existing clients throughout the campaign duration.
  • Create and update new and existing sales materials to help drive new business.
  • Develop post-campaign materials and data collection to help encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with our Publisher Account Management team to identify opportunities for growth of client and partner base.
  • Assist with organizing internal events and external marketing initiatives.
  • Represent and promote Magnite at industry events to grow visibility and public profile.
We’re looking for someone with:
  • 1-3 years of marketing and/or advertising experience
  • Experience working with clients in a professional capacity
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, in both an in person and email capacity
  • Basic knowledge of the advertising technology industry (programmatic an asset)
  • Experience with ad trafficking is an asset
  • Knowledge of the online publisher landscape in Canada
  • Experience with Photoshop is an asset
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter, strong initiative, quickly adapts, embraces change and drives new solutions internally and externally
  • Proficient in French is an asset
